Exchange Policy:

• Items can be exchanged if the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for exchange.
• Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable in cases where we are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
